When we receive an order in our system, our automated process helps us proceed with the orders as fast as possible. The orders hit into the system and the relevant department gets it ready for you. During this entire process, it at time, gets difficult to make any changes to an order.
However, if you have realized certain changes to make soon after the order has been placed, please contact us immediately at 1-800-456-2467 and provide the order number. Your request could be adhered to, for either adding more items or removing some items or canceling the order for a refund. You may also email at customerservice@packagingsuppliesbymail.com
Please note, if you wished to cancel the order and we are unable to do so, we can still send you a prepaid return label to send the package back to us when you receive it. You may also choose to refuse the delivery. Whichever happens, upon having the package back in our warehouse, the full refund would be issued to you.
