Returns Policy

Returns must be within 30 days of purchase and in original packaging.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns unless a shipping error or quality issue has occurred. Restocking fee of 20% will be applied.
Refunds for returns are not initiated until PackagingSuppliesByMail receives items back in the warehouse.
PackagingSuppliesByMail does not accept exchanges.
